Thinking of Selling?

Your home can, and will, sell if correctly priced and marketed. Currently, we are seeing more inventory on the market in my areas of speciality. About 25% of the sellers have been getting quick sales (4 to 10 days on market) with 100% list to sold price, about 15% have been getting multiple offers, another 35% see average list timeframes of around 30 days, and the rest of sellers are seeing longer market times of 45-90 days on market with some reduction in asking price. Currently, it is very important to have the home properly prepared for the next owners, along with doing 100% marketing efforts as the home goes on the market. One of the differences of working with me is in the attention to details; everything is done to the highest level of excellence in my efforts to get you the very highest possible price.

I learn what my buyers are looking for, we make adjustments along the way, and together I help buyers find the right house. While in general home prices have stayed fairly flat to small increases over the last year, there are many exceptions, with longer times on market (older inventory) bringing the best pricing deals. There are many different pockets of inventory in diverse neighborhoods to choose from, but it's still important, if the right house appears, to move quickly. Certain homes/prices/markets can become competitive very suddenly, even after a few weeks or a couple of months of market time. Contact me, and we'll get going!

Interests

I live in or around the areas I work, and I love all the activities so close by. Hiking, biking, walking, snow and water skiing are all around. Also pools, community centers, athletic clubs and a huge selection of dining and shopping. The Issaquah, Bellevue and Tahoma school districts are very well known, and the areas are a great mix of rural properties, homes with quarter +/- acres, and community-based and older developments.
